If you selected a payment plan, you acknowledged and agreed that you are committing to pay the full purchase amount for the course, training, program, or digital product. A payment plan is not a cancel-anytime subscription and may not be cancelled once enrollment/purchase is complete. You authorized Uplifted Yoga LLC and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the payment schedule selected at checkout.

You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. If a scheduled monthly payment fails, Uplifted Yoga LLC will notify you by email and provide an opportunity to update your payment information. If a second payment attempt fails or your account remains past due, Uplifted Yoga LLC may temporarily suspend access to course materials, digital resources, bonuses, and/or program content until the outstanding payment is successfully processed.

Our payment processor may automatically retry failed payments multiple times. If your payment plan is cancelled by the system due to repeated failed payments, you may be required to complete payment through a custom invoice or custom checkout link. A $100 custom invoice/admin fee may apply in order to reinstate or restructure your payment plan.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or cardholder claim for a valid purchase does not cancel your purchase agreement, payment plan, or outstanding payment obligation.
