    • Do I need to be a Yoga Teacher to take this course?
      No, this course is designed for professionals in the mental health, social work, body work and yoga fields who want to layer more modalities to their practices. This is also designed for any person who wants to expand their personal movement practice and learn more about somatic yoga.
    • Can I receive Yoga Alliance continuing education credits for this course?
      Yes! We've been a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance, ID 197303 since 2016. Once you receive your certificate you have the option to submit to Yoga Alliance for YACEP. This Somatic Training is eligible for 75 continuing education training hours with Yoga Alliance.
    • Can I move through this course on my own pace? Do I have lifetime access?
      YES & YES!! There is zero pressure to have this course completed on a deadline. Move through at your own pace and explore full length classes so you can completely immerse yourself in somatic movement and the somatic approach to yoga. You have access to this training program for life and can refer back to it any time you need a refresher. You’ll also have your teaching manuals.
